RETURN TICKETS:
a) a ticket bought for an event that will take place cannot be returned
b) a ticket purchased for an event that has been postponed (in terms of date and/or time) or whose location has changed or had changes in participants can be returned under the following conditions:
– a return request will be sent to the e-mail address sales@dmdconsultanta.ro, the value of the e-ticket will be returned to the account from which it was paid, in 14 working days AFTER the date on which the event will take place.
c) a ticket purchased for an event that has been canceled can be returned under the following conditions:
– a return request will be sent to the e-mail address sales@dmdconsultanta.ro, the value of the e-ticket will be returned to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return request.
