WHO ARE WE?
Cristiana Nicolescu
Cristiana Nicolescu graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, together with a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication. He realized immediately after graduating from the Faculty that he loved the Human Resources area. He has worked in large companies in Automotive and Consulting. In 2020 she started a business that offers solutions in the area of recruitment, training and consulting and today she is Managing Partner at DMD Consulting and CO-Founder at HR UP Group. She is a licensed trainer, passionate about personal development, she has graduated N.L.P. courses, she is actively involved in volunteering actions to provide support to people at the beginning of the road in the HR area.
Mihai Stanca
Author, trainer, entrepreneur and Vice-president of the Employers’ Association of Accounting Entrepreneurs in Romania, with an experience of over 15 years in the world of business consulting, former manager for S-E Europe in a multinational company. Passionate about the psychology of human behavior, mentor and creator for several personal and business development programs, he holds several national and international certifications in the mentioned fields. She has held courses and programs that have positively impacted over 5000 people.
